Royal Velvet

Royal Velvet - Waltz 1962 USA B D red violetpurple

I
MHO one of the most beautiful fuchsias you can find. Very aptly named and lovely in every way. Royal Velvet has very large red and purple double flowers in profusion. Growth is thin but stiff and the plant branches easily so the bush is easy to form. The only drawback I can think of is that the flowers are so heavy and profuse, that branches might break from their mere weight

[Heat resistant according to AFS]
